Subject: Disclosure pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, (later also Regulation), Mitas Endustri Sanayi Ticaret A.S. (later Mitas) with registered office in Via Osteria della Fontana, 64, 03012 Anagni (FR), as Data Controller, informs you that it may process your personal data to respond to your requests. The provision of data is necessary and in his absence Mitas will not be able to respond to your requests.
