Our company has secured an order worth €10 million for the supply of steel poles for Overhead Distribution Lines. The tender issued by Enel and awarded in April 2018 represents the main sector contract in Italy, and the supply, which will last for two years, has brought the related production line at Siderpali to full capacity.
This significant achievement once again confirms our company’s determination to quickly regain its historical leadership in the sector by fully exploiting its great and distinctive potentials.
The overhead line poles produced by Siderpali, through the use of the most advanced technologies internationally, will make a significant contribution to enhancing the infrastructure of our country.
Indeed, the most recent investments made at Siderpali, such as the installation of the “plasma welding line” and the interconnection of the so-called “smart factory” (Industry 4.0), will enable our company to propose precise solutions to the objectives of “resilience” and “sustainability” which, to varying degrees, will shape future design revisions for the continuous progress of Public Infrastructure.
